I don't know about you but I have had enough of the nickel and dime steal my time trucking deal.
First response : Well if you don't like it you can leave.
Second Response: I hear ya man but what can we do?
We have zero government support as drivers and the ones committing the labor atrocities have all the support and money. Temp Farm labor has more rights than we do. I am not going to go preaching to the choir because I'm sure your all aware and suck it up every day. I am not giving up because there is a solution. If there was a way to make your job better wouldn't you ? Could you imagine getting paid for all on duty time and all driving time? Could you imagine a 16 hour work window to get 12 hours of driving in for a 70 hour cycle with a 34 hour restart. Could you imagine a Department of labor code change reflecting us as Professional Drivers. I can and I see it without any driver strikes work stoppage or other crazy destructive measures. There are real answers and that is what this blog is about. If you desire change and want to become a positive influence in taking back our Highways then let me know I'll share the answer's and hope to here constructive answers from you.

Call for class action. Many drivers have been mislead or deceived or worse by turn and burn carriers. If you have been affected by these turn and burn outfits let us know and we will include you in this class action.

Call for class action. Many drivers have been affected by layover, detention time, and ghost loads. If you have been involved in any situation that is unfair or you feel your pay was short then join us and we will include you. Tell us what happened.
